On July 26th, Zsivány turned 7 years old! He was our very first litter, which consisted of only him. He has been a mobile Mudi, living in several countries in Europe, Hungary to start, then Germany and then Sardinia.

ReplyDeleteI have a kelpie, but before I got him I was planning to get a mudi. Then I decided with all the mudis I have seen here in Finland, that I have to gain some confidence to myself in dogtraining before getting a mudi. So I got a kelpie (very fun, active and easy to train), but still I hope I have a mudi sometimes! Or maybe a pack of a kelpie or two and a mudi or other way around, me and my husband love both breeds.
He hopes for his own active sportsdog someday as well, though he doesn't know what would be the best breed for him, of course we are not ready for a new pup in two years at least!
I first found your kennel because the second mudi I really loved from the first eyesight is from your kennel, Gondűző-Alkonyat Ugass Drágám, so called Urkki. He's so lovely and confident! Then I also noticed that Péter has worked with the investigation of dog behaviour and dog-human communication! I think I have seen a document, which introduced the bark research and I was very exited that there were mudis but I couldn't connect it to you back then. Now i know! I wish I could work with a research like those someday, but here in Finland I think there is not much such research.
